We are starting to get into our routine. The students are loving the new computerized success maker. Success maker is a computerized program that enhances skills in reading and math. On Tuesday we will be doing our MAP testing. We will be review the data during Parent Teacher conferences. Remember parents are always welcome in class, but be prepard to help out!

We had another good week in first grade. There are some schedule changes. We now go to lunch at 11:10 and the students come in to eat at 11:25.
We are starting to experience some illnesses in clas, so keep a close eye on your student, and if they get sick, be sure to keep them home. This week we also had a Dr. come into class and talk about germs and handwashing.

Great first days of school

We are off to a great start in first grade. This week we covered a lot of procedures and expectations in our classroom. Just a quick reminder, students who arrive to school prior to 8:20 need to go to the cafeteria. Our release time is 3:00, and the students are to be picked up in front of the school.
